Villa Pardalot Boutique Stays enjoys a truly exceptional location. Nestled on a hilltop 90 meters above sea level, our villa sits inside a protected nature reserve on the edge of the charming village of Càlig. Because future building is strictly prohibited in this natural area, you are guaranteed an undisturbed sanctuary of peace and pure exclusivity.
Our estate is surrounded by fragrant orange and olive groves, right along an ancient livestock route. This historic trail also marks the border between Càlig and Benicarló. Its heritage is beautifully preserved at the entrance of our large private estate. Here, rustic stone markers greet you, reminiscent of the famous menhirs from the Asterix and Obelix stories.
Security and Comfort from the Moment You Arrive
Your carefree vacation begins as soon as you drive onto our property. The expansive grounds are fully fenced and secured with cameras and an alarm system. The electric entrance gate is operated exclusively by us and our guests.
From the entrance, you can soak in a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, rolling mountains, and the coastal towns of Vinaròs and Benicarló. The property is completely flat, making the villa easily accessible. A spacious parking area is located directly in front of the house. After checking in, the main entrance welcomes you straight into your holiday.
Taste the Mediterranean Nature
Our estate is a vibrant orchard filled with authentic Mediterranean flavors. Beside ancient olive trees, our grounds are home to mulberry, cherry, almond, apricot, lemon, pomegranate, and carob trees.
During the harvest season, we warmly invite you to pick your own ripe oranges. After all, nothing beats a glass of freshly squeezed juice at breakfast, straight from the tree!

On the north side of the main building, you will find our spacious, inviting lounge. This central hub features a cozy and several comfortable seating areas.
The lounge opens up directly onto the sun terrace, where a large, sparkling swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dip. The pool is safely accessible via a secure ladder or broad, stone corner steps. Luxurious sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. For added convenience, a separate restroom and a washing area are available right by the pool.
