Villa Pardalot is situated at an altitude of 90 meters in a nature reserve on the edge of the village of Càlig
The fact that building is no longer permitted here makes this location unique.
We are nestled amidst orange and olive groves on the centuries-old historic cattle route, which also forms the border between Càlig and Benicarlo. This is evident as you approach the entrance to our large private grounds, with the large rustic stones that served as boundary markers, similar to the menhirs from Asterix and Obelix.
The grounds of Villa Pardalot are fully fenced, secured with cameras and an alarm, and the electric gate is operated only by us and our guests.
From the very entrance, you can enjoy the scenery with 360-degree views of the sea, the mountains, and the towns of Vinaros and Benicarlo.
Upon arriving on the flat plot, you’ll immediately see the villa, with a large parking area directly in front of the house. Guests can use the main side entrance after checking in.
We have an honesty bar, a lounge with a TV, various seating areas, terraces, a BBQ, and hammocks.
The grounds are planted with olive and orange trees.
During orange picking season, our guests are welcome to pick a few oranges and enjoy freshly squeezed juice with breakfast.
In addition to orange and olive trees, our grounds also feature mulberry, cherry, almond, apricot, lemon, pomegranate, and carob trees.
On the north side of the main building is the spacious lounge, from which guests can access the pool or one of the terraces directly. The large pool invites you to take a refreshing dip.
You can enter the pool via a fixed ladder or the brick corner steps. Several sunbeds and parasols are also available. There is also a separate toilet and dishwashing area near the pool. Furthermore, there’s the option of barbecuing and relaxing under the covered terrace, which is equipped with a water misting system, providing extra cooling on hot days.
Our guests are also welcome on the spacious terrace of Villa Pardalot, which is fully covered with a roof made of beautiful, thick beams. A light sea breeze creates a pleasant climate. Of course, you can also enjoy a leisurely stroll around the private grounds and/or relax in one of the hammocks.
Thanks to the various options, guests can choose whether they prefer to retreat or socialize with the other guests. Simply enjoy your holiday and relax with us.
